Unmanned Aerial Vehicles/Drones are quickly changing the landscape of storytelling.
This course will examine how filmmakers use drones in a safe and responsible way to craft messages for a mass audience.
Students in this course will receive training in video camera setup, camera maneuvers, shooting practices, pre and post-production planning including storyboarding and shot lists, composition of aerial shot and maneuvers and much more.
In addition, we will cover technology, safe flying practices with an emphasis on current FAA airspace regulations, rules, ethics and privacy concerns.
